What if I want to apply for a stipend to attend MegaConference?

What if I have a sponsor question or need help registering as a sponsor?

What if I have exhibitor questions or need help registering as an exhibitor?

What is the deadline for the art contest?

Submissions will open in June.

When will I hear back if I got a stipend?

All stipend applicants will be notified by email no later than June 22nd.

I registered to pay by invoice. When should I expect to receive it?

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. If you do not receive an invoice by email within that timeframe, first check your spam or junk folder first. If it isn’t there, please email [email protected].

How do I change something on my registration application?
